Job Description
Candidates from manufacturing and BPO would be PreferredPosition for Corporate Office.Here 70 % of the role would be in Admin and rest 30 % would be towards IR activities.Maintenance & upkeep of building space Performing ongoing facilities maintenance inspections of common areas by conducting 'walk-through' of site to ensure compliance with International StandardsPreparing M.I.S. Reports.Managing Help Desk functions and ensuring efficient functioning of Help Desk and Closure of all client requests on a positive note and well within SLA. Managing meeting rooms.Cafeteria functionsMaintaining good client relationship.Liaison with security, engineering, housekeeping and managing vendors for smooth functioning of the facility.Ensuring smooth operations of cafeteria.Checking quality of housecleaning in various areas and tracking of security and engineering functions.Managing the Security Function during the shift to identify issues in Housekeeping/security and Cafeteria etc and initiate immediate rectification actionsEnsuring that the established policies and procedures are followed by all Dept. in discharging their responsibilities (Contractual Staff).Creating & maintaining a pool of credible vendors providing range of products & services & evaluating them on a regular basisProcurement of Goods and services as per requirements.Periodic Review of service level agreements with vendors.Responsible for crosschecking the bills and their timely processing.Maintaining of facility architectural drawings and floor plans. Ensuring all construction drawings, operations and maintenance manuals and floor plans are accurate and up to date.Organizing both internal & external events, off site meets etc. Extend support to other department for conducting off site meetings, training, tours & R & R Events. P.F. , ESIC, Bonus other related IR issues.

Looking for a smart dynamic person.Having good strong administration exposure.Candidates having good admin IR would be preferred,but a candidate having Strong exposure to Admin would be fine.
